Both services meet the same quality, security and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
The main difference is the delivery time:
PharmaService: standard delivery in less than 24 hours to most of France.
PharmaService Plus: guaranteed Express delivery by 1 pm the next day for eligible shipments.
PharmaService Plus is particularly suitable for critical or urgent shipments that require guaranteed morning delivery.
Does GLS require healthcare products to be handed over in person?
Yes. All PharmaService and PharmaService Plus shipments are delivered in person and require a signature.
For business recipients, the company stamp is also required on the proof of delivery to strengthen shipment traceability.
Is this service available throughout France?
Yes. PharmaService and PharmaService Plus use the GLS national network to cover mainland France.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and eligibility for PharmaService Plus Express may depend on the destination postcode.
